What Items Do You Not Accept?

To ensure the well-being of our community, we cannot accept:

  • Bicycle helmets

  • Car seats

  • Recalled Items: Any product that has been recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

  • Damaged or Incomplete Items: Toys or gear with missing parts, broken components, or non-functional batteries.

  • Infant Sleep Products: Cribs, mattresses, and similar items due to safety regulations.

  • Feeding and Personal Items: Used baby bottles, breast pumps, pacifiers, and teething toys, except when it is new and unopened in original packaging

  • Intimate Apparel: Underwear, bras, and similar personal garments.

  • Clothing from Certain Manufacturers: Items from brands like Temu or Shein, due to health concerns.

Given our boutique space, we are unable to accommodate:

  • Oversized Furniture*: Large items such as cribs, beds, or bulky play equipment, high chairs, pack-n-plays, bathtubs, bigger bicycles, oversized toys that need to be assembled to display

* We may be able to accept certain oversized furniture/toys depending on the space available at the store. If and when accepted, these items may not be displayed at the store but will be posted on our social media to advertise to potential buyers. 

  • Large Home Decor: Oversized pictures, clocks, or similar items unless exceptional.

  • Multiple Large Items: Please limit drop-offs to one to two medium boxes or bins per visit. For larger consignments, please call ahead.

To maintain a curated selection, we do not accept:

  • Outdated or Worn Clothing: Items with stains, tears, fading, or excessive wear.

  • Low-Value Items: Products with a resale value under $5, unless in excellent condition. Brands like Garanimals (Walmart), Temu and Shein products are not accepted since they are usually cheaper to buy brand new. Check out our list of preferred brands to find out more. 

  • Incomplete Sets: Single items typically sold in sets (e.g., single shoes, mugs). Dollhouses or toy sets that are missing pieces.

  • Promotional or Branded Items: Clothing with company logos, event-specific branding, or promotional messages.
